Don’t worry about where or who you’re going to be in five years. So much is going to happen by then, you won’t know what your truth will be.

Like high school, everything will feel like life or death. Until you look back and realize it wasn’t. The sky will not fall. Know that.

Focus on your own story. Not others. Know that you’re on your own path so don’t compare it to anyone else’s path. Or you’ll get off of yours and end up taking the long way home in life.

Work on the relationship you have with yourself first. Or you’ll never bring as much as you can to the table when you’re in a relationship.

Enjoy today. Stop jumping into time machines, the past and future. Stay here, as a life practice.

It’s okay to not know. Right now you’re not supposed to know everything and if you think you do, it’s only going to create more anxiety when you realize you don’t.

Eat alone in restaurants. You don’t have to be with people all the time. You’re not going to have the energy to have a gazillion friends when you get into your 30’s & 40’s.

Stop trying to prove everything. No one cares. It’s a waste of energy.

Seek growth instead of validation.
