Most people live below their thoughts. They swim in their own shit (cognitive distortions and faulty thinking) and allow the feelings produced by those thoughts to determine their day — quality of life. I was one of them. And when you do this, you are allowing your thoughts to pull you out of consciousness. It’s a form of possession. Both definitions. You are owned by your thoughts. As well as being possessed by past events, fears, worry, how someone treated you, and things that have not happened yet. You start to create stories that are not true then you line up your actions according to them which take you in circles instead of forward.

You walk with judgement and leave very little room for magic. Life becomes logical and flat and you live in survival mode. And that’s not life. That’s existence.

You are a complete being. With a soul, a spirit, and an essence that is uniquely you. There is a higher road and bigger things. But if you drown in your thoughts, you can not see them.

Be still and connect to all that is you. Listen to your quiet voice. Start a real relationship with your truth. Come into yourself and your spirit, your whole completeness unattached to your wardrobe, roadmaps, and all your shoulds. Seek something higher. Life is not in your thinking. That is only a tool. Life is in your being. I am. And add nothing to it. That is infinite and where all your power lives.
