Deep true intimacy is crucial in building a lasting relationship because it forms the foundation of trust, vulnerability, and connection between two individuals. When we allow ourselves to be truly seen and known by our partner, we create a safe space where both emotional and physical intimacy can flourish.

Intimacy encompasses various dimensions beyond physical attraction. These dimensions include the following:
