Let’s look at two common frequencies people live on.
- Fear.
People who are afraid. It’s their automatic default, to scan and alert all the things that can go wrong. Afraid of being themselves. Expressing self. Intimacy. Failure. Being alone. What others may think. The future. The present. Starting over. And on and on and on.
These people turn muted, walk this earth a lukewarm version of themselves. The result is they limit and lock their potential, as a friend, lover, athlete, son /daughter, parent, artist, human.
Since they are not living with self created walls, the chances of them executing their goals are low. Their fear doesn’t allow them to punch. They stutter, hide behing logic, and rarely pull the trigger on anything.
Their ambivalence keep them in unhealthy relationships. They live in their head. Opportunities play ding dong ditch. This causes discouragement and a nasty film around their soul. They become angry, jealous, resentful, and don’t believe in change.
People who are afraid usually don’t believe they have much value. They have not convinced themselves other wise. And since we tie worth to what we can do or not do, this wave drowns them.
They believe things aren’t happening for them because they are not good enough, pretty enough, skinny enough, smart…
